    At the preliminary stage, Spie batignolles works with you to explore your requirements,  address your challenges and take a perspective view of all the opportunities presented –economic, social and environmental – in order to define the most relevant project.
     
    The Spie batignolles project leader brings together the necessary expertise, proposes solutions and leaves you free to consider and balance your own choices realistically within an overall cost framework. The project leader then gives you a series of firm commitments in terms of cost, lead times and quality.

    Concertance® also allows us to assist you in achieving the actual performance specified for your project.

     
    Together, we set an energy consumption target for your building, and Spie batignolles gives its commitment to meeting that target.
     
    Our commitment covers the building commissioning period (usually around two years) required to ensure that the building has reached its normal operating status in terms of parameters such as occupation, usage, facilities and general operation.
     
    Under our commitment, we guarantee to meet the cost of any excess consumption during this period.
