- Construction: private buildings (offices, clinics, shopping centres, industrial buildings, etc.) and public buildings (schools, hospitals, etc.)

- Energy and building completion: Electrical installations, multi-technical maintenance, painting, internal fit-out and finishes, façades, etc.

The Spie batignolles Group was awarded an AAA+ rating in 2009 in recognition of the quality of its working practices and the practical initiatives implemented by the Group in this respect. Spie batignolles operates through 160 locations in France and 5 other European countries.
Spie batignolles has all the resources needed to manage its own growth as a completely independent entity: since September 2003, majority control of the Group has rested with its senior management team and 250 shareholder managers. 9.16% of company equity is held by its employees through a company.
Barclays Private Equity France and Salvepar own 20% and 6.7% respectively of Financière Spie batignolles equity.
