WHISTLEBLOWING FORM

The purpose of this form is to collect whistleblower alerts submitted pursuant to Law N° 2016-1691 of 9 December 2016, amended as per Law N° 2022-401 of 21 March 2022 on transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernisation of economic life (known as loi Sapin 2), and Law N° 2017-399 of 27 March 2017 on the Due Diligence of Parent Companies and Ordering Companies (Law on Due Diligence).

1- CONFIDENTIALITY

Spie batignolles undertakes to safeguard the identity of the Whistleblower, and to disclose it only to persons with a need to know for the purpose of investigating the report, as prescribed by the Code of Conduct.

Describe in the most objective and accurate manner possible any facts or information of which you are aware, indicating the place and date of occurrence of the event(s).
